What is EFT?
Designed by Gary Craig, a personal performance coach in California, EFT is a unique form of therapy that can reduce stress and anxiety in minutes, and has to date yielded remarkable results for relieving emotional and physical distress. By stimulating certain points along the bodies meridian system, or channels of energy, the energy system in the body is balanced and mental and physical health can be restored.
